Who am I?

My name is Anas and I’m a human. We often say our title right after our name, don’t you think it’s weird? It’s often all about the image we want to portray and never about who we really are.

Anyways! I’m a mental health specialist and a social worker. I’ve been working in the clinical field for 4+ years and I’ve helped 850+ people better their lives and start their journey to mastering their mental health.

What's my goal?

I want to help you figure out why you're feeling down and work together to tackle the real reasons behind it, not just the surface stuff. Unfortunately, a lot of people focus on the symptoms and not the root cause.

Example:

People suffering from depression will try to find better ways to sleep, stay productive and not further damage their relationships.

But in reality, they should be focusing on why they're depressed and how to internaly fix their relationship with themselves. That's how you completely remove the symptoms.

What's my approach to mental health?

I use a systematic and psychodynamic approach to target pain points and build short and long term care plans.

How is this approach going to look like in our sessions?

We're going to travel inside your internal world and figure out what's truly bothering you using various psychodynamic methods. Then, we're going to put tools in place to heal and level up your mental health.
